If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your watch, you may return it within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The watch must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories included. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for further instructions. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
